Our instagram feed showcases just 1 find per day, but we have so many more waiting to be discovered! Our weekly newsletter gathers up everything that caught our eye under the €100k price tag for the past 7 days. For your €5 per month you receive an email each week on a Wednesday evening featuring photos, links and prices for all the properties we have found that week. This allows lots of planning time to arrange any weekend viewing trips. The rest, is up to you!

What your €5 does.
In order to keep our listings unbiased, its really important that we don’t rely on sale commissions from property owners
or listing fees from Real Estate Agents. These two things would influence the properties you would ultimately see
on your feed & we don’t want any part of that carry on. We want you to trust our judgement. We post properties we love
& only really good value ones. We don’t sell ads of any kind, but we do need to pay our bills.
Your €5 covers the software we use to design & send our newsletters, running our subscription billing service,
our hosting fees & the time it takes to find all those property gems every week.
